Shipping Policy

This policy covers SK Glow merchandise, Courtney's Closet apparel, and shippable pro supplies ordered through SK Glow.

Processing Time

Orders are reviewed before shipment. Most in-stock items are prepared within 2-5 business days. If an item is made-to-order, backordered, or requires direct coordination, SK Glow will contact you through the email or phone number on the order.

Shipping Destinations

Shippable orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Digital purchases, appointments, memberships, academy seats, and studio credits do not ship.

Tracking And Delivery

When tracking is available, it is sent to the contact information on the order. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be arranged for eligible orders at 557 Mariah Ave, Rexburg, ID 83440. Pickup availability must be confirmed before arriving.

Damaged, Missing, Or Wrong Items

Contact SK Glow within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect. Include your order number, contact information, and a photo when damage is involved.

Returns

Return eligibility is handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Unopened, unused retail items may be returnable within 14 days of delivery.
