Refund & Cancellation Policy

Life happens — I get it. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.
Spray Tan Appointments
- Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment? No charge, no problem.
- Cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before? A 50% rebooking fee applies.
- No-show? Full service fee is charged. Booking another appointment afterward requires payment up front.
Mobile Appointments
Same policy as above. The $15 travel fee is non-refundable once I'm already on my way.
SK Glow Academy Classes
- Cancel 14+ days before your class date — full refund, minus a small processing fee.
- Cancel 7–13 days before — 50% refund, or you can transfer your spot to another class within 6 months.
- Cancel less than 7 days before — non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to another class within 6 months (one transfer per student).
Pro Supplies Purchases
- Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (you cover return shipping).
- Opened solutions, brushes that have been used, and personal-use items can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Damaged or wrong items? Email me within 7 days with a photo and I'll send a replacement.
- Spray tan machines have a 30-day defect warranty. If something isn't working, reach out and I'll work with the manufacturer to make it right.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
